These buildings were designed to achieve a 3 Star Green Star SA Industrial rating.

Each unit has air-conditioned office space, a shower and kitchenette. The four larger units offer 14 metres height to the eaves, and the remaining units 8 metres to the eaves. This is complimented by on site water tanks and sprinklers already in situ.
